Design and supervision fees are calculated based on the official tariff of the Engineering Organization, project area (square meters), type of usage, and the complexity of the design. A precise estimate will be provided after reviewing the detailed specifications of the project.
Identity documents of the client, property ownership deed or land permit, site location sketch, land use type, municipal or road authority regulations, existing drawings (in case of renovation), and any other relevant legal documentation.
Depending on the size and complexity of the project, it usually takes between 3 weeks to several months. Larger or more specialized projects may require additional time.
Our team specializes in the design and supervision of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, as well as road construction, tunnel engineering, civil structures, special structural systems, and related installations.
Initially, a consultation and preliminary assessment of the project are conducted. Then, a draft contract is prepared, including the scope of services, timeline, and costs. After mutual agreement, the contract is signed. An initial advance payment is collected as per the contract, and the project officially begins.
