Scope of Services by Laniz Consulting Engineers

Follow-up and execution of all necessary procedures related to obtaining the building permit, from initiation to the final issuance of the permit.
2. Collection of relevant information and records, conducting required reviews and negotiations, and taking all necessary actions.
Performing all necessary actions and providing coordination and support for site inspections by municipal experts and relevant authorities
4.Pursuing the acquisition of all required property-related approvals and official inquiries from both external authorities and internal departments of the municipality until a conclusive outcome is achieved
5.Participation in meetings with the employer, municipal authorities, or other competent organizations, as required and upon the client’s request
6. Following up on meeting minutes, agreements, and correspondences made by the client with the municipality and all relevant organizations until a final outcome is achieved.
7.Providing the client with timely updates and all necessary technical details and specifications required for contracting architectural, structural, and electromechanical (MEP) design services, along with the corresponding engineering documentation.
8. Coordination and follow-up of all activities related to architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs, as well as geotechnical studies and other necessary services, through appointed consultants; submission to relevant authorities and obtaining the required approvals.
9.Providing regular written weekly reports on the progress of activities and maintaining close coordination with the client to support effective decision-making.
10. Preparing and submitting a schedule of activities in accordance with the timeline provided by the client.
